What we use / 使用哪些数据

StepApp reads step counts with your permission: Health Connect on Android, Core Motion on iPhone, or Apple Health when you choose it. The app keeps daily totals and queries yesterday’s comparable time period. It does not request location, contacts or medical records.

经授权后，Android 读取 Health Connect 步数，iPhone 默认读取 Core Motion，也可选择 Apple Health。本机保存日总量并读取昨天同期步数，不请求位置、通讯录或病历。

For an account we store your chosen handle and name, verified recovery email, password hash, session/device identifiers, fixed statistics time zone, preferences and blocking relationships. Signed-in accounts upload daily step totals, date and source for history and social comparison. We do not upload individual step samples or walking routes.

账号数据包括账号名、昵称、已验证恢复邮箱、密码哈希、会话及设备标识、统计时区、设置和屏蔽关系。登录后上传步数日总量、日期及来源，以支持历史和社交比较，不上传逐条步数记录或行走路线。

Who can see it / 谁能看到

Your friends and members of groups you join can see your display name and step totals for the selected period. Recovery email and credentials are not shown to them. Sharing and joining are your choices. Active and Chill are virtual companions generated on your phone, not real users.

好友及你所加入群组的成员可见昵称与所选期间步数，不能查看你的邮箱或登录凭据。邀请、加入及系统分享由你主动操作。Active、Chill 是本机生成的虚拟伙伴。

Service providers / 服务提供方

ICSR Tech LLC manages the application and database on its Contabo infrastructure. Domain and network services may use Cloudflare. Mail providers deliver verification and support messages. Apple and Google operate their respective health and store services. Processing may occur outside your country. App-to-server traffic uses HTTPS.

应用及数据库由 ICSR Tech LLC 在 Contabo 基础设施上管理；域名和网络服务可能使用 Cloudflare，邮件服务商负责验证和支持邮件。Apple、Google 提供各自的健康与商店服务。数据可能在你所在国家之外处理，应用与服务端通过 HTTPS 通信。

No advertising use / 不用于广告

We do not sell step data, use it for advertising, or include advertising/tracking SDKs in this release. Health records stored by StepApp on iPhone are excluded from iCloud backup. Android application backup is disabled.

本版不出售步数、不将其用于广告，不集成广告或跟踪 SDK。iPhone 本机健康记录文件排除 iCloud 备份，Android 禁用应用备份。

Retention and deletion / 保存与删除

Account information and daily history are kept while your account is active. Notifications are retained for up to 90 days, with bounded maintenance processing. Verification codes expire in 10 minutes and failed attempts are limited; expired challenges are removed by maintenance. Security access logs are rotated after seven days. Database backups may remain for up to 30 days and are not available through the app.

账号及日历史保留至账号删除；通知最多保留 90 天，由定时清理处理。验证码 10 分钟失效且限制尝试次数，过期记录由维护任务清除。访问日志七天轮换；数据库备份可能保留最多 30 天，不供应用访问。

Delete in Settings → Profile → Delete account, or use the web deletion page. Deletion removes the active account, cloud step history, sessions, invitations and relationships; groups you own are dissolved, so transfer ownership first if you want them to continue. It does not delete records from Health Connect or Apple Health. Deleted data must not be reactivated during backup restoration.

在“设置 → 个人资料 → 删除账号”或网页删除。删除会移除有效账号、云端步数、会话、邀请及关系，并解散你创建的群；如希望保留群，请先转让。不会删除系统健康服务中的记录，备份恢复时不得重新启用已删除账号。

Your choices / 你的选择

You can use personal step tracking without an account, revoke health access in system settings, choose a step source, export cloud records in Profile, leave groups, or delete your account. Revoking access stops new reads but does not itself erase records already stored. Contact support@icsr.cc for access, correction or deletion help; we verify identity before acting.

个人计步无需注册。你可在系统设置撤销读取权限、更换来源、在个人资料导出云端数据、退出群组或删除账号。撤权停止新的读取，但不自动删除已有记录。如需访问、更正或删除帮助，请联系客服，我们会先核验身份。
